Gower Optimal Algorithms Ltd ceased trading at the end of August 2018 following the retirement of two founding directors. We have found a team of like-minded people to take on our legacy. Miralis Data are, like ourselves, data scientists focused on optimisation in the logistics world.

New customers

Responsibility for sales of PALLETMANAGER and CARGOMANAGER have now been handed over to our partner company Miralis Data. As the products are modular, getting a quote ensures you purchase those parts of the software you really need and that you are given the best possible price given your requirements and the number of users in your organisation.

Existing customers

If you are an existing customer all support is now managed by Miralis Data, please contact them via support@miralis.co.uk or call on +44 (0)1524 68818. When you purchased your software with Miralis Data Ltd you entered into an end-user license agreement, unless otherwise notified, this will not change. A copy of the agreement you entered into can be found here. If you are on our Support and Maintenance Contract then you will be bound by your existing agreement until you are invoiced by Miralis Data. We do not expect the contract to change, a copy can be found here.

PALLETMANAGER has a base module Palletise, with modules such as Collation, Tertiary, Fixed Volume and Store building on this (please see this summary page, the packyourpallet website and/or the full software manual for further information).

CARGOMANAGER has 2 basic forms - one packing just a single container / trailer at any time (either a single size or comparing load efficiency using multiple sizes of container); and the other catering for loading up to 1000 container / trailer loads in a single step (using either a stated container size or comparing load efficiency using multiple sizes of container).
