Screen and Printer Reports

Once the packing phase has been completed, CARGOMANAGER can then display on-screen views of the cargo load in both two and three dimensions. A single page printer report or multiple pictures can be selected. The user can select to draw the entire cargo load with a single depression of the 'All' button. More usually they will wish to produce a number of diagrams of the cargo as it is loaded from the rear of the container. The on-screen packing from the rear of the container (using the Next button) is carried out in a manner similar to that which would be adopted during physical packing. Each depression of the button adds a new block of cargo to the picture and at any time the 'Print' option can be selected to denote the position at which a further loading diagram should subsequently be produced.

When 'Print' is selected the cargo then on screen is shaded and the build-up of the display can continue until all the cargo has been drawn. In the diagram below just the few cases near to the door will form the final packing printout.

At any point you can use the mouse to determine the identity of any product in the load:

In addition to the three-dimensional diagrams shown here a number of two-dimensional views may also be selected for viewing / printing, and at any time when building up the load additional information can be displayed detailing the cargo drawn, load centre of gravity etc. This is shown on the following page.
